MEL Students Prepare for Industry-Focused Study Trip to Copenhagen
Each year, MEL students take part in a week-long study trip that connects classroom learning with real-world industry exposure. This spring, our current cohort will travel to Copenhagen to meet and learn from leading organisations in the maritime and logistics sector.
During the trip, students will visit:
- Maersk
- Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP)
- Lauritzen Bulkers
- Pangea Logistics Solutions
- BIMCO
- Navigate Capital
- Norden
These visits provide insight into port operations, shipping strategy, logistics solutions, and maritime finance. The trip is an integral part of MEL’s approach to bridging theory and practice, while offering valuable networking opportunities in one of Europe’s key maritime hubs.
